These classes developed by Breath-Body-Mind contain gentle practices to soothe, balance and strengthen our nervous system. The core practice is Coherent Breathing, evidenced in laboratories around the world to maintain optimal and synchronous function in our breath, body, mind systems. Optimal health and reduced stress are possible as we breathe together.


Ann Fleuchaus is a Level-4 Breath-Body-Mind teacher. She’s taught individuals and groups this work for the last 10 years. If you’re interested in some simple restorative practices in this time of uncertainty, please join Ann on Zoom. Please email Ann if you are interested in attending.


Linda Lentini is a Level-4 Certified BBM Teacher. She offers practice sessions at different times each week. Linda’s classes will resume on May 25, 2024. If interested, please email Linda for her schedule and Zoom links.


Elena Falcone is a Level-3 Breath-Body-Mind teacher and organizer of the BBM programs for the Westchester Library System under the name "Westchester Breathes". Classes are scheduled for Mondays at 9:30 am and Noon.
